Grocery Order Program

Looking to buy some bulk items? Try out our monthly order! We highly recommend the bacon 😉

The Procedure:

  1. You MUST be a member of the Cherry Grove Recreation and Agricultural Society to place an order. If you would like to become a member, you can indicate that on the order form and we will add an extra $5 to the order to cover your membership.
  2. The order deadline will be on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Orders will arrive on the Friday of the same week the order is placed and must be picked up at the Hall.
  3. Orders are first come, first served, up to 30 people. Order must reach minimum $500 (combined total for all people ordering that month) or it will not be placed.
  4. Submit your order below and wait for further instructions. Once your order has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email and be asked to send the money by e-transfer.
  5. Once the order has been paid for, you will receive a confirmation message with a picture of us receiving your transfer.
  6. All orders MUST be picked up on the day of delivery. Goods will not be held for later pick-up. If you cannot be there, you must arrange for someone else to pick it up for you.
  7. On the day of delivery, you will be provided with a rough time frame for pick-up. Once orders have been sorted, we will call each order in to pick up at the Community Hall.
